The oompas are putting themselves into the candy and escaping the factory as ghosts. They infuse themselves into the dreams of the children that eat this candy. They appear as strange notions, questions, unquenchable compulsions or commands.

Score. It's almost impossible to get one of these legally and they are heavily regulated in the UK due to the danger they pose while feral and their value to all concerned. Nonetheless I know some people who adopt from the cruel trolley sheds of the local Asda. Sadly most are unable to keep up with the care requirements and release them back into the wild, where they fall into a bush or canal.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Through my local Facebook group I found this man who takes in little lost guys like this. I have a renewed hope for humanity. Thank you for all the kind messages
