Aquariums, Paludariums, and other aquatic cultivation shenanigans

any aquarium enthusiasts? currently cycling my first 5 gallon tank. hoping to keep neocaridina shrimp with some assorted small fish with the goal of a cute and vibrant ecosphere of sorts inside, perhaps with the capability of supporting some minor aquaponics.

here's a photo of how my tank is currently doing! I have a mystery rhizomic plant from a family member, 5-7 tiny snails who hitchhiked with my duckweed, some water wisteria, and some dark red Ludwigia along with small clods from a moss ball that I got years ago in an older tank.
