Supreme Court "decisions", feckless Executive Branch, Trump's court cases magically vanishing, an ailing president. It all feels very Weimar indeed.

Sorry about that, the Lathe of Heaven was out of order. Just got the replacement part in the mail so we can get back to destroying people on it. As an aside, man it is crazy just how many people need to get destroyed on this thing

I tend not to sink into nihilism and/or hatred of fellow people. I like to live by the mantra to be kind to people and brutal with systems. But man everyday just feels like such a punch in the gut. One horrifying thing after another and as you look around you kind of slowly start to realize you are living through history and it's not a good part.
