after the pan reached a deep gold glaze, i deglazed it with a cup of veggie broth, then used an immersion blender on the mix. then, i added five tablespoons of mccormick chili seasoning

i then added a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes (i normally use diced but i didn't have any on hand), a diced sweet onion, and a 14 oz can each of corn, black beans, red beans, and dark red kidney beans. it's now on a low simmer on my stove

and until i serve it, it's vegan! once i do i'll be adding cheddar and cream cheese to the serving bowls

i wish i had some other chilis to add and reduced the chili seasoning mix i used but it will still be good i think!

also i had to recreate this post after my first one i fucked up, hopefully i got the image order and descriptions right this time.

update: it needed some salt, crushed red pepper, and hot sauce (ended up using a green habanero sauce that i usually put on my mexican food) but after adding that it's mad tasty.
