Looks like Texas’ power grid is as resilient as expected.
Dead customers are just externalized costs.
After all, if too many of your customers have power 7 days after a hurricane, clearly there is additional blood to be extracted for the host body.

My uncle needs to move out of there already. He's too old for this riding out hurricanes in Galveston business.

This one would be better if the appliances in the background and the refrigerator were plugged into an overloaded, visibly-sparking outlet, implying that was the cause of the fire.
This one was originally set in Hell, with an Easter egg of Donald Rumsfeld tumbling into the lake of fire in the background, since he'd recently died at the time. Not sure why I changed it to a dragon-based gag instead.
