We were in Conroe and The Woodlands, so power was out in places, but it was otherwise ok.

And now one, possibly all three of us, have COVID. Getting two hotel rooms instead of two beds in one. Ugh. So tired of cheap hotel beds, I got a Holiday Inn Express for our last night.

There was a guy on a motorcycle someplace off on that side in the dust storm.
Covid wasn't horrible, but I've not felt 100% normal until now, 3.5 months later.
It's does push us to be more careful about masking.
