well, it's chili cooking time. it'll be chili eating time later tonight after this simmers for a while. here are some photos with descriptions:
and until i serve it, it's vegan! once i do i'll be adding cheddar and cream cheese to the serving bowls
i wish i had some other chilis to add and reduced the chili seasoning mix i used but it will still be good i think!
also i had to recreate this post after my first one i fucked up, hopefully i got the image order and descriptions right this time.

update: it needed some salt, crushed red pepper, and hot sauce (ended up using a green habanero sauce that i usually put on my mexican food) but after adding that it's mad tasty.
